🔒 Your data stays only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere!

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines how information is processed and protected for users of the mobile application "ChickenFlock: Egg Tracker" (the "App"), developed by PlerApps ("we", "us").

Important: The App operates entirely offline and does not transmit your personal data or flock records to any external servers. The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and requires no account.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Locally Stored Data (on your device only):

Flock Records:

• Bird profiles (names, breeds, hatch dates)
• Daily egg counts (per flock and per bird)
• Feed amounts and health / daily notes
• Expense records (feed, bedding, equipment, health, other)
• Reminders you create (e.g. coop cleaning, vaccinations)

App Settings:

• Interface preferences (e.g. per-bird tracking mode)
• Notification preferences for reminders

2.2. Data We Do NOT Collect:

• ❌ Phone number, email, or other contact details
• ❌ Location data
• ❌ Access to contacts or photos
• ❌ Advertising identifiers — the App contains no ads
• ❌ Analytics or usage statistics
• ❌ Any data that leaves your device

3. How We Use Information

• App functionality: recording your daily egg counts, feed, notes and expenses
• Statistics: calculating lay rates, trends, per-bird leaderboards and cost per egg — entirely on your device
• Reminders: scheduling local notifications you set up yourself

All calculations happen locally. We have no access to your data, as it never leaves your device.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not share any data with anyone, because we do not collect any. The App has no third-party SDKs, no advertising partners, and no analytics providers.

When you use the built-in CSV export or backup features, files are created locally and shared only through the standard system share dialog on your device — you choose where they go.

5. Data Storage and Security

• All your data is stored in the App's private storage area on your device
• Data is not accessible to other apps thanks to standard iOS and Android sandboxing
• When the App is uninstalled, all data is deleted (unless you saved a backup yourself)

6. Your Rights

• View: all your records are accessible directly in the App
• Export: export your data to CSV or create a full backup at any time
• Delete: delete individual records in the App, or uninstall the App to remove all data permanently

7. Age Restrictions

The App has no age restrictions and contains no content unsuitable for children (rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document. We recommend checking the current version periodically.
